Straightforward, all inclusive pricing

We would rather you knew the numbers before you fall in love with the place. Every package includes exclusive use, the Meadow Suite, an event manager, bar staff, tables, chairs, glassware and the PA. All prices include VAT.

Three day weekend · midday Friday to midday Monday

What every package includes

  • Exclusive hire of the venue and grounds for 2 or 3 days
  • Overnight stay in the Meadow Suite with complimentary breakfast boxes for 2
  • Wellington Barn event manager and bar staff
  • Tables, chairs and glassware for up to 120
  • PA system inside and out, Wi-Fi, and overnight parking
  • Other huts and tents available at discounted rates. Please enquire.

Final invoice, after your final planning meeting

Weddings booked within 12 months follow a bespoke schedule, with full payment at least 3 months before the day.

Booking before the end of June 2027

  • £1,000 off weekend weddings.
  • £400 off weekday weddings.
  • All other accommodation bookable at a discount if booked within 3 months of the wedding.
