Saddle Up: The Wellington Barn Dance is here- and it’s for a brilliant cause!
Saturday 13th June | 6pm-10pm | Wellington Barn
Join us for a Western-themed barn dance with a live ceilidh band, hog roast and fully stocked bar. Proceeds from ticket sales, food and drink will go to the Farming Community Network.
There’s something magical about a barn dance. The fiddle strikes up, the caller starts shouting instructions you only half-understand, and within about thirty seconds the entire room is holding hands with strangers, spinning in circles and laughing loudly. That’s the night we’re throwing and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
What's on the night
We've spared no detail to make this the best Saturday night out for everyone!
A cracking band lined up to keep your feet moving, and a caller who'll walk every dance through step-by-step. Total beginners are not just welcome — they're the whole point. If you can stand up and laugh at yourself, you can ceilidh dance. Promise!
Slow-roasted hog cooked on-site so you get it at its best. There'll be a vegetarian option too!
Well-chosen wines, draught beer, cocktails, cocktails & soft drinks. No-one will go thirsty!
🌵 Full Western decor
We're going all in on the theme. We have our own swinging barn door, backdrops and incredible original oak barn to dance in- there’s no better time to experience your first ceilidh!
Why we’re doing this
When you book a ticket, you are not just buying a good night out, you’re buying potentially a lifeline for someone who needs it. We couldn’t be prouder to host this event to support the Farming Community Network, who do extraordinary work to support farmers and their families during tough times. Thank you for your support by purchasing a ticket.
Dress code
There’s no dress code, but if you do have a checked shirt, a pair of boots or a hat that wouldn’t look out of place in Texas, then this is the night to bring them out!
